A collection of 4 guided visualizations focusing on crystals and the subtleties of crystal energies, led by the great crystal teacher Emerald Stara. The soothing crystal-clear voice of Emerald is combined with Iasos' music to create a supportive atmosphere for these 4 guided experiences. Each of the 4 visualizations is approximately 15 minutes.

After the Introduction, the first meditation is a Journey Inside A Crystal where you go in consciousness inside your own personal crystal, to directly sense its unique properties and "learn" about it from the inside out.

The second visualization takes you to a Crystal Garden of Healing.

On the third journey, you visit the Great Hall of Records, to "remember" your Divine Plan for this lifetime and to empower yourself to fulfill it.

On the final meditation, you travel to The Shrine of Universal Communion to participate in a sacred ceremony involving the Human Kingdom, the Angelic Kingdom, and the Elemental Nature Kingdom.

The over-all feeling is very magical and sacred, and is especially informative for those wishing to enhance their understanding of crystals and their rapport with crystalline energies.
